Meet Sean, our newly appointed head chef with extensive experience in Italian, French, and Spanish cuisine He has worked as a head chef for both pizza and main kitchen at Little Island Brewing, where he showcased his culinary skills and creativity. Sean has also served as a head chef of catering and supporting outlet at the main kitchen of Paul Singapore, where he managed a team of chefs and ensured the highest quality of food. Prior to that, he as a sous chef at Mags Wine Kitchen, a semi-fine dining restaurant, where he honed and developed a passion creating unique and delicious dishes. Sean's expertise in different cuisines and his ability to lead a team make him a valuable asset to any kitchen. Whether it's a casual dining experience or a fine dining affair, Sean's culinary creations are sure to impress.

Sean's culinary journey began at a young age, where he was exposed to different cuisines and flavors. His passion for cooking was ignited when he started experimenting with different ingredients and techniques in his home kitchen. This led him to pursue a career in the culinary arts, where he could explore his creativity and share his love for food with others.

Chef Sean has an extensive culinary career marked by diverse experiences and achievements. At Little Island Brewing, he managed the pizza and main kitchen, crafting innovative dishes that blended traditional flavors with modern techniques. At Paul Singapore, Sean led the catering and main kitchen, overseeing a team of chefs and ensuring top-quality dishes. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence earned him respect from colleagues and admiration from customers.

Previously, Sean was a sous chef at Mags Wine Kitchen, specializing in French cuisine. Here, he developed his skills and a passion for creating unique, flavorful dishes.
